Terms of Service

Welcome to LedgerLink, a financial management application ("App") provided by Livingston Compliance and Advisory ("Company"). By accessing or using LedgerLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account and using LedgerLink, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

Livingston Compliance and Advisory reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your LedgerLink account. Keep your password confidential and notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Service

LedgerLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so. Prohibited actions include attempting to interfere with our services, accessing them using a method other than the interface and the instructions we provide, or violating applicable laws.

6. User Content

The Company does not claim ownership of any data, information or material that you upload or share through the App ("User Content"). You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display User Content as necessary for the provision of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LedgerLink and all associated services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Livingston Compliance and Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, incurred through the use of LedgerLink or its services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
